CVS Trip 1/3/10

4 Oust Air Sanitizers - $3.99 each (get $3 ECBs)

1 GE Energy Smart Light Bulb - $2.99 (get $2 ECBs)

Used 2 BOGO Oust from 1/3 SS

Used $1/1 GE Light Bulb from 1/3 SS

Used $9.97 in ECBs

Paid $1.30 on a gift card and got back $14 in ECBS - $2.73 Moneymaker

Transaction 2:

2 Oust Air Sanitizers - $3.99 each (get $3 ECBs)

Used 1 BOGO Oust from 1/3 SS

Used $3.99 in ECBs

Paid .40 on a gift card (tax only), got back $6 ECBs - $1.61 Moneymaker

I also received $2.50 in Bonus ECBs ($1 for my green bag tag use and $1.50 for my winter spending rewards) so my net total for everything above was $6.84 profit!

Important note: you'll see on ECB deal sticker on the Oust that the limit is 3, but the real limit is 6. The reason I broke up my Oust into 2 transactions was so I wasn't stuck with a LARGE ECB of $18 (if I bought them all on one it would have printed that way). You certainly CAN buy all 6 together if you want.

If you haven't attempted CVS yes, transaction 2 would be a good way to get started as it would only cost you .40 oop and you'd have $6 to roll!
