CVS Christmas Catalog - $4/$20

Next time you're in CVS ask the cashier for a Christmas catalog (they had them behind the counter). Inside are all the upcoming holiday extra care buck deals, but there is also a $4/20 coupon in it that expires 12/25/09!

UPDATE - the coupon is NOT an instant coupon for $4 off your order. I used mine today it actually states Spend $20 get $4 in extra care bucks...so you get the $4 after you pay. It also states one per household/card, so getting more than one book will not do you any good unless you manage more than one card.
