Jimmy Johns Update

Just wanted to give you all a Jimmy John's Sandwich Drama Update. If you remember, 2 weeks ago a friend and I ordered some sandwiches from Jimmy Johns and a less than satisfactory customer experience ensued. Since then I have been contacted by the Corporate Regional Manager for that store as well as the actual store manager (not the night manager who claimed he was the owner). Both apologized profusely for the experience and repeated many times that the way we were treated was not the "Jimmy John's Way". I accepted their apology because really - it was only about missing tomatoes and just went way to far!

Jimmy John's was also generous enough to send both myself and my friend each a $10 gift card to use on our next visit to give the store another chance. I'm hesitant to visit that same store, but I am willing to give Jimmy John's as a whole another chance for taking the opportunity to "make it right".

  1. Score!!!! The sandwich you buy with that GC is going to be extra tasty. Hopefully the moron night manager guy will be the one at the register when you use it.
