When our Dinner Kit arrived I was excited because I love Pyrex dishes, especially ones with a lid which make it easy to travel with!! We carefully looked over each packet and decided on making the Tuscan Style Chicken Marsala (I had told you earlier how we love the "wine chicken" from Macaroni Grill dinner kits!) The preparation was very simple, I sliced some chicken thin and then cooked it on the stove top, then cooked some mushrooms and onions, added in the seasoning with some water and before you know it dinner was ready! We served this on top of pasta and it was delicious!
