They will be found in the checkout lanes and marked for 3.99, but should scan for .39! The only one that is NOT on clearance is the Toy Story Soldier set. Good luck hunting!
Note: If you live near me, the Super Target at Schaumburg and Barrington had none. I left a ton of Helicopters behind at the 59/72 store.
